Terms of service

Last updated: 10/14/2026

These Terms govern your use of velator.com and any purchase from Velator Performance Systems LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Velator,” “we,” “us”). Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these Terms. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use velator.com or place an order. We sell only to customers in the United States.

2. Products and health information

Velator products are dietary supplements. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Content on this site is for general information only. It isn't medical advice and isn't a substitute for advice from your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, take medication or are preparing for surgery. Read the label and use only as directed. Individual results vary.

3. Subscriptions (automatic renewal)

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

  • When you choose Subscribe and Save, you agree to be charged the subscription price shown at checkout, plus applicable tax, at the delivery interval you select (every 4, 6 or 8 weeks), until you cancel.
  • Your first charge occurs at checkout. Each later charge occurs automatically on your renewal date, using the payment method on file, and your order ships after that charge.
  • You can cancel online any time from your account, with no additional steps, or by emailing support@velator.com. If you cancel before your next renewal date, you won't be charged again.
  • You can skip a delivery, change your delivery interval or pause your subscription from your account at any time.
  • We'll send an annual reminder with your subscription details and how to cancel.
  • We'll notify you in advance of any price change to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
  • Please keep your payment information current. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may pause your subscription until it's updated.

4. Orders, pricing and availability

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, resale or a pricing or product error; if we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed. Products are for personal use only and may not be resold. If we can't ship your order within the time we stated, or within 30 days if we didn't state a time, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

5. Shipping, taxes and risk of loss

Shipping options, costs and timing are described in our Shipping Policy. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered.

6. Refunds and returns

Refunds, returns and our 30-Day First-Bag Guarantee are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Accounts and payment information

You agree to give us accurate, current information and to use only payment methods you're authorized to use. You're responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account.

8. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit reviews, photos, videos or other content, you confirm it's your own and reflects your honest experience, and you give Velator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit for length and display it, with your first name and last initial, in connection with our business. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, contains personal information, or makes claims about diagnosing, treating or curing a medical condition. We don't remove reviews because they are negative. Any feedback or ideas you send us may be used without obligation to you.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by interfering with its security or operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping or copying site content for commercial use, uploading harmful code, or impersonating anyone.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Velator name, logo, product names, text, images and design, belongs to Velator or its licensors and is protected by law. Velator™ and our other marks may not be used without our written permission. You may view and print site content only for your personal use.

11. Links to other websites

Our site may link to websites we don't control, such as research databases and payment providers. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some states don't allow these disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or our products is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim or $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Velator against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.

15. Dispute resolution and arbitration

  • Talk to us first. Before starting any formal claim, email support@velator.com or write to us at the address in section 22 describing the problem and what you want. We'll try to resolve it informally within 30 days.
  • Individual arbitration. If we can't resolve it, you and Velator agree that any dispute relating to the site, our products or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. The arbitration may take place where you live, or by phone or video. We'll pay the arbitration fees beyond what you'd pay to file a case in court.
  • Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either of us may go to court to protect intellectual property rights. Nothing in this section prevents you from seeking public injunctive relief where the law allows it, or from reporting concerns to a government agency.
  • No class actions. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding, and you and Velator each waive the right to a jury trial.
  • Opt out. You can opt out of this section by emailing support@velator.com with the subject line “Arbitration opt-out” within 30 days of your first purchase. Include your name, address and order number. Opting out doesn't affect any other part of these Terms.
  • If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, this arbitration agreement won't apply to that claim.

16. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Section 15 is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

17. Electronic communications

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to receive transactional communications from us electronically, such as order confirmations, shipping updates and required subscription notices, and you agree that these electronic records have the same effect as written, signed documents. Marketing emails and texts are sent only if you opt in, as described in our Privacy Policy.

18. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, email support@velator.com with the subject line “Copyright notice,” including: your contact information, a description of the copyrighted work, where the material appears on our site, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act for the copyright owner, with your physical or electronic signature.

19. Notice for California residents

Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following notice: The Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed, and we'll notify you of significant changes by email or with a notice on our site. Changes don't apply to orders placed before they take effect.

21. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. We aren't responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may assign these Terms in connection with a sale or merger of our business. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and Velator about their subject.
